FAQS

  • We will use a secure chat video platform for all sessions. We will meet initially for 1 hour and the following sessions will be 30-45 minutes depending on your needs and program. You can choose between a package program that will bundle an initial session and two or 3 follow-up sessions, or choose individually per session. I will provide you with access to the app for scheduling and to obtain nutrition resources and documents as needed.

  • I offer both cash pay and accept insurance with the following: Aetna, Blue Cross, Regence, PacificSource, and United Health Care.

  • I provide nutrition coaching both virtually and in-person (WA and ID currently).

  • I do offer payment plans for those who need it for any financial reasons. I want everyone to get the nutrition education they need.

  • Sorry there are no refunds, as I have years of experience and education involved with my nutrition programs.

  • I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Licensed Dietitian (LD) WA, Certified Nutritionist (CD) ID and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) plus a NASM Certified Virtual Coach
